Tom LaBonge has a long and distinguished history of public service, having worked for the betterment of Los Angeles since 1976 in several important capacities. An L.A. native, Mr. LaBonge has a passion for the city that is evident to everyone who meets him. He is currently serving his second four-year term as City Councilman representing the Fourth District.
